Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
